I agree Brian53. I think it will be well deserved and its not free. He has to pay a price for them. This puts more money into our company (his money) and he takes a bigger ownership and even more motivation to complete the next hurdles and keep up the projected sales figures.
This is the way business works.
Lets get the CE mark and all move onto sales and a happier future.
