CEO is a mover and shaker

Just bought into this company. So I don't know what happened in the past.

Based on what I seen, from the last couple of months. This company is managed by movers and shakers. Do deals, then more deals the next day, free-roll JVs the next day, scrip purchase of tenements the next day.

Seems like it will be interest next couple of years for this company, especially during a boom.

Can some people keep give me a quick history lesson, and tell me how this company fell from grace a couple of years ago?

I've already bought, but thinking about buying more, if the managers area really the movers and shaker, i believe they are.
