6 months ago when I was looking for a rental I asked the agent for the property that I selected, why they were not using Rent.com. The response was, "never heard of them". I left it at that. A few minutes ago I went to rent.com to search for properties in my area and lo & behold, the first three out of the long list were being marketed by that same agent. Clearly she has heard about us now.

Limited data point, I know, but I get the sense that Bader has found the point of differentiation and the slow burn will heat up. All IMO.
