No, because all that has been said is little more than couched wording that any lawer would be proud of. Saying you feel confident is not proof . Saying you feel confident of potential evidence is all but an admission they have nothing. Sorry but again there is no proof of anything. pad it out as much as you want. It's still just feeling confident of potential evedience . Some one should patent that statement as it is gold. I can see a thought went in that non claim.
