    also some other positive news i heard tonight from a good friend who knows the ins and outs of GWR better than me is that FAS are willing to be bought out of their holdings, the agreed and wanted price is $30mil, so i don't think we will under $1 for that much longer, FAS need the cash, i am sure GWR will have a suitor for FAS shares
