its quite obvious when this SP will increase, just looking at the new CEO package says it all, he is getting 350k per annum for a top 500 oz company in a mining boom, the guy who drives the bus to the airport too pick up workers in Karratha gets 120k per year, the person who cleans the dunny gets 100k, the CEO in a mining iron ore boom is getting just 3 times the bus driver and dunny cleaner, so where is the catch.

well the dunny cleaner and bus driver don't get 1 million performance options @ 1.25 and 2.00 expiring 31st Dec 2010, also before accepting a CEO position you would want to be confident of not getting involved with the wrong company that can change your life forever, not everyone wants to live next door too Rose,Twiggy,Willy and Gina but i sure they wouldnt mind living in the same suburb.
