    I'm not doubting your post but the asking price ($1.50 per GWR share) just does not compute.

    FAS know more about GWR holding than any of us.

    If they sell 20% of <500mt of DSO for $30m then something is very, very wrong and it should sound as a warning to all S/H (IMHO).

    Alert but not alarmed.
