CNP has class actions in progress CNP owes approx $2.57 per .05c share. CNP's only worthwhile asset are their CER trust holdings. Lenders want their money back. Lenders get CNP's CER holdings which are worth something. CNP dies an ugly but natural death.
I'm not down ramping CNP. I'm just stating how I see it.
