Remember;
There is a difference in CNP and CER. That report is as it relates to CNP. The result of a NO vote for CNP has entirely different ramifications for CNP as for CER. If I held CNP,(I got rid of them months ago), then I would vote yes and get some of the CER value transferred to my CNP.
For CER I vote NO.
To the CNP board I say "stop milking CER"
To the CER board I say "stop letting CNP milk CER"
