It would seem these "Independant" experts / advisors / analysts have balls of marshmellow!
They said it's a good deal! What complete rubbish.
What they should be saying is:
"The Independent Expert has concluded that the Offer is NEITHER FAIR NOR REASONABLE AND THAT THE OFFER IS NOT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF UNITHOLDERS."
This is from the IE of the EDT takeover.
