Not sure why this didn't warrant an announcement from the "cer" board. Probably forgot who's board they were, again.
Hopefully this is causing them some discomfort.
Starting to wonder whether the meeting will actually happen.
They may have to go back to the drawing board to try and work out a new method of screwing the shareholders.
