I think that there is a very fine line between actual G.F.C. losses and the interpretation of centro's losses. Accountability for the information projected really has to go to the direction put forward by the accountants. After all thats what they are paid to do , " interpretate the accounts " so as to give a proper picture of the company . Then it is up to the buyer wether the risk is acceptable or not .
