    Someone tell me why you would not see "Has a negative NTA" as a danger sign?

    I have a house for sale. It has a $500,000 price tag but it sits on a block of contaminated land making it worthless. But if you buy the house and land you are required to pay another $200,000 to the previous owners bank.

    Would you buy the housed and land??

    Now tell me again why you'd buy CNP?
