One of the biggest problems with owning this stock is that for most of its life it is has been overvalued with the exception of a brief window back in late 2008 early 2009, particularly as a result of overly optimistic expectations. It is possible that the stock may be undervalued today but that undervaluation would only be slight.
Er, just how do you know it was over valued prior to 2008/9 and right now how do you know it is undervalued? And if it is now undervalued what might that be due to if over optimistic expectations drove it being over valued? Under optimistic expectations?
A valuation tantamount to a prediction if I ever saw one.
Personally I am delighted with the effort Forrest has put in over the years - just a huge resource of information on which one can make their own investment decisions.
