these guys just sell aquaculture tanks, actually a lot of companies sell aquaculture tanks around the world. not unique at all. you still need to heat and house the tanks indoors if your going to grow out any tropical variety of fish ie:barra.. the uniqueness with this kind of tank is that they are cell like and can be added to creating a cell/hive like structure of tanks. This will appeal to small producers/backyard businesses supplying one or two restaurants but to get 1000tons per annum you will really need a sheet load of tanks/ pumps/ water filters making the whole excersise rather costly. Not to mention a steady supply of fingerlings. I cant see these guys being a threat to australis, not now that they have a reliable stream of fish both supply and sell side and an established sales avenue..
