Such a small volume can take this stock down, but can also take it up and that's because it is so tightly held. I think the next announcement will be to inform the market that CAQ has completed their feasibility of the farm.
Of course the big news will be when we get the nod to start construction and at that point CAQs bank account will swell so will the share price.
Then watch all the sellers on the right disappear....
