The company is in alot better shape this year, $3. million in the bank and the future looking rosie, looking to increase thier work force, that reassures me that this venture is going to happen.

Why would a company spend $200 grand on a detailed feasibility study to build a large scale farm if they were not proceeding with this. As far as I know Cell was the only one chossen as the prefered aquaaculture company because of having the best recirculation technology and the ability to produce consistent high-quality premium fin-fish.

The thing is how big is large scale ? this restaurant chain in South Africa has stated it wants to establish an initial 2000 tones and we are very close to a result to commence, re-signing the MOU tells me they are still keen as mustard. This Malaysian multinational and Cell have not stated it's size other then to say it's big, so I'm thinking more then 2000 tones, maybe 4000 tones to start ?

Talks with Singapore partners re opportunities in seafood processing, I think this would be a good mix for Cell to be invold in, particularly as we grow fish, the only thing not explored yet is feed.

All things looking good the SP has held-up very well, this will not fly under the radar for long, and when it converts it will attract the interest of institutions and other entities IMO.
