This private equity fund buying into Cell would be aware of the companys planed large scale farm in Malaysia, they say that they have plans to develop a global presence in aquaculture, and they would be aware that consumer demand for fish continues to climb, and investing into the aquaculture industry I would say thay have made a very good move.
But an interesting assumption, Linnaeus capital is Dutch based, and when CAQ started out their intention was to go global, they did go into a joint venture with a Dutch company but was not successful because that company was not fully funded, but when that started in 2005 a Heads of Agreement was signed in Holland, our chairman PL was approved by the Dutch Government as a person able to conduct a aquaculture business in Holland, and that Cell has all the required approvals from the local fisheries Department to grow Barramundi in Holland.
I am thinking is our next farm planed for Holland ? or is it a coincidence ?
The company says that all their attentions and efforts have been to bring this next Malaysian farm to reality and that they are fully focused on that.
I see we are getting closer to the Twenty.
Cheers.
