Expressions of interest are being sought for the shell and business of UXA Resources Limited. Adam Shepard of Farnsworth Shepard has been appointed as administrator to the ASX listed mining company.
Reportedly, UXA Resources specialises in uranium exploration and diversified base metal. It also keeps potential tenements throughout the country.
Parties who will undertake a Confidentiality Deed will be provided with an information package. It has been said that the party must offer a $2,000 refundable bond.
