You are absolutely right, we should stop being a childish. We should stop insulting and ridiculing fellow investors who have genuine concerns on the way the company has been managed in view of the serious diminishing returns to their investments. They have every right to do so. Believe me, their intention is not to destroy the company but highlight weaknesses or areas that need improvements. Nobody is perfect.

Now let the management address the various issues that have been raised. I am listing the key ones again below.

    1. They should admit, take steps to ensure stupid and very expensive mistakes like the IKON one do not happen again.
    2. They should stop giving themselves bonuses and salary increases whilst SP is going down and the company is making losses. They should respect share holders sentiments and feelings.
    3. They should respect money and avoid expensive and useless costs like moving corporate offices to new location and sponsoring and attending conferences that have added very little value. In other words, respect money.
    4. Whenever they highlight key initiatives and investments in the Quarterly or Annual reports, they should brief investors on the out come in the next reporting session. In other words, don't let investors guess or have negative ideas.
    5. They should honour their responsibilities, be accountable and have checks and balances to ensure highest degree of corporate governance.

Please respect my concerns and others in this forum by not answering to this posting if your intention is to ridicule and insult me or any body else participating in this form. You will only add oil to the fire. Let the management address the above issues, if they are not already doing so.

I genuinely believe that the company has a great future and is able to make profits.
