Dear Pharmargeddon, Taurean7 and leverage,

Please stop playing with the children. It only encourages them and I won't be able to get  them to go to bed.

They are only doing it to get people to treat them like grown ups. You must have realised that by now.

One of them found the red lolly jar a while back and after eating most of them, with the usual effect it has always had, has been giving some to the others.

Now they want more lollies and haven't been able to get them. As a result they have been running around screaming and crying and claiming that the shopkeeeper should be giving them more.

They are now all sitting around crying into each others laps and saying nasty things about the shopkeeper.

They only hurt each other when they go on like this but some of the neighbourhood kids have now started playing with them with the result that they have started crying to.

I know you are just trying to help them but I find that if you just ignore them when they are like this they soon calm down, get bored with each other, and stop their little games.

Don't take any notice of them. No one else does.
