    I thought it was 3% per year not per 6 months and by logic i would presume it applies from when you reached your 20% minus 1 share limit

    Yes it is showing some uncharacteristic strength in the SP lets hope it can maintain the momentum but with its history
    any doubtful news will shatter its fragile and cautious progress
