We have at least two significant issues to deal with:
1. The weakness in the CDE share price has continued since the "merger" was announced. Down over 10%.
2. In ADDITION, this weakness has been made worse because the Australian dollar has firmed against the US dollar, and I expect will continue to firm. Currently 0.8568 cents.
I hope the merger terms included a clause to compensate BSG shareholders should the falling US dollar against the AUD dollar devalue the worth of those CDE shares.
Does it? I didn't see it anywhere.
