What do you REALLY know about CDE? I suspect very little. CDE has been massively oversold, and is a turnaround story. That is now happening. If you brlribr CDE will not continue to rise then imo you are plain wrong. If you believe CDE will rise and BSG will not, then sorry, I can't help you.
