CDB - exploration tenements

For those incorrectly claiming that CDB has ''nothing'', should realise
that CDB still retains the Carachapampa silver - gold Epithermal exploration
tenements in Northern Chile, including a 100% interest in the
Yaratas and Fraga copper-gold projects and a 70% interest in the historically
mined Cautiva-Victoria Copper Project.

The Carachapampa tenements adjoin Kingsgate's Nueva Esperanza project,
a significant gold-silver high sulphidation epithermal discovery to the north
whilst Kinross's gold-silver mines adjoin to the west of Carachapampa.
