I joined the party well into the death spiral so I suppose I deserve what I got, though my losses are probably not as bad as some of you. It's the first company I've had wound up on me so I'm not at all sure of the procedures. Thanks, sort of, for your info $4. I wont claim the loss this year, but I certainly will next, so I'll be interested to see how you go sotherby. I doubt very much you will get pinged, but if you are I think you are right, it certainly looks like a legitimate loss to anyone other than a commercial lawyer, so a penalty would be unjust.
