exactly - its a clear conflict of interest and services CTN absolutely no benefit what so ever. The market is down massively this month, so we are getting no discount. The point of this deal is to help out the company - and NOT the shareholders of CTN.
I've sent my concerns to ASIC, the board and a few journalists - hopefully they pick up on it.
I think everyone in this (now) crappy investment should do the same.
Absolutely disgusted.
