A very interesting point you raised around CCE suing Mr Davidson and possible recourse on allocated shares. I would be interested to understand if this is on the table. If it’s not, I cannot help but feel it should be.
As I have said before, I honestly don’t think that the board at CCE could have made such a grave error. I do not understand how it is possible to get it this wrong?
If something untoward and more sinister has happened then I call on the CCE board to remedy immediately.
