If EMC / microgrid business is not profitable by q3/4 then yep it’s been a complete failure and distraction. Let’s see if MO can right that ship. No point chasing defence $ if it’s at a loss.
Short term we should have R&D refund (3-5mil?) and Northam project development fees (0.5-1mil) after the project finance was sorted and in theory the project construction kicked off. Both of these are well overdue.
