Yep this is brutal. Can see the stock down > 50% when it trades next. If they can't get the capital raise away it might not trade again. For the RBNZ to get involved like this suggests things must be pretty bad. Looks like the directors are in a lot of trouble here because of inadequate provisioning and disclosure.
