    Right about now GL Biochem might be thinking that listing on the ASX might be a better step for them. Ditch CBTE and buy directly into Bos. Neat and tidy.

    I haven't ruled out another player coming in [with some of the old guard] with a take-over.

    There are lots of angles to this. Has anyone looked at Orchard Capital Ltd (ASX: ORC)? They are backers of RGM from 2007.
