Having watched this stock for some time and read the various US announcements I'd say we could be in for a interesting week ahead...

The suspension looks to be a standard ASX compliance suspension based on a "change of activities". Assuming BOS has all its documents to ASX in short time, and all is in order with the transaction..then the suspension should be lifted.

Also, I note that the last IP sale announcement said that the CBTE deal was subject to certain conditions precedent and subsequent...I'm taking it that these conditions, that is if the BOS management were on the ball,,,included safeguards or protections for BOS in the event that anything at CBTE went off the rails....lets see what BOS comes out with this week. Some sort of clarifying statement may be an advantage.

The RGM deal looks like a winner, but still a long way to go to closing yet I assume. Nevertheless, a 25yo earnings business and one that represents famous actors such as Cate Blanchet etc...and making Point Break 2..... should be an interesting company to hold shares in..
