Without further explanation it seems that CBD may be getting involved in a dispute over the technology that CBD thinks it has bought access to; does ZEP (a significant company in the field) own the AC panel and racking tech or does Westinghouse?
Either way, Westinghouse Solar will have to divert some of its own scarce resources to rebutting ZEP's claims and not put them onto design/tech transfer to CBD.
