cbd funding arrangements

For all interested I have tried contacting cbd energy office, Ian Westbrook and Gerry McGowan. No reply since the 21st September. I have left messages regarding detail about their funding arrangements in regards to the auschina windfarm deal. A gentleman by the name of Damien answered the office phone today when I tried to follow up from last week. He said he has put some feelers out there for the right people to get back to him. He also said he is trying to wrap his mind around it. The guy just made no sense, he came across to me as totally unprofessional. He sounded dodgy to me.
