I'd be interested what they say, as far as I can see the law suits are aimed at the US(?) investors who took up the $10m offering in July this year, which seems to have been offered to so called "sophisticated" investors. Although the Rosen claim is unclear.

I'm not sure what costs are involved if they loose the case, but I guess you might need to factor that in just in case.

However, if you win, maybe you could put a deposit on this !
