    When a trading halt is put in place re. finance restructuring, it means that the company has started the renegotiation process with the bank, and any other potential placement backers. This is so the market does not trade in a period of extreme uncertainty, or inside information is leaked.

    So the trading in the last few days is more likely speculative.
