just to highlight how poor this deal is for shareholders
TLM sold their 78mt in the Pilbara for about $41m plus royalty, which is over 50c per tonne
CAZ sold Hammersly (143mt), which has signifcantly better upside and has a better chance of accessing infrastructure via FMG, for about the same (35m plus about 4m upfront from memory)
that equates to a measely 28c per tonne
