You guys have indeed found the diamond in the rough. Phew, just in the nick of time though, for the band of merry ex-AVB'ers who took the trouble to investigate the recommendation and got in over the past few weeks.

I love adding to a winning position, and have already done so once - looking to do it again in the near future. (mind you, as we know, adding to a losing position can pay off sometimes too)

Thanks for the spreadsheet Kalenn. I'd be delighted with the very conservative result, let alone mid-stream. As you say, the reality is we will most likely be taken out by a bigger fish, by accident or design somewhere along the value accretion line

I've also checked out the background of the senior management, and I think you're right - they have delivered on past projects, and are looking good to deliver again.

I haven't seen a recent SH list, but it doesn't look as if the PE boys have spotted this one. All I have to say on the matter is that I submit my thanks to the powers that be, that they haven't
