I trade to free carried then hold so thats my plan with cay and the 31 exit is good for me. As you note- theres 130km of rail required vs 500 but in the checks and balances- AKM will be an owner and accrue freight charge value for that that rail - not to mention Russia and China will likely fund it but mainly, Mongolia has proven itself adept at building industrial mines without local corruption overwhelming efforts whereas..
resource rich Cameroon has entered the 21st century in a resource hungry world without achieving this even once. That highlights the ' 'culture' is its greatest hurdle - but there is enormous opportunity so I'll trade/build in the middle of that debate/volatility.
