This is the factor that will catch most by surprise. Canyon have been working this ground for several years, have their own onsite rigs and will likely advance this project at a far faster pace than many would imagine.
IMO, it will not be the typical industry slow boil as the project is sussed out then developed. They will already know what they intend and they will get on with doing it, thereby releasing the extreme value inherent in the project, very quickly.
