I believe the placement shares were available today to trade. If so selling was to be expected. Won't last long imo and when this negative part(placement @ 15.5) of the story is forgotten about the price won't look back.
As for the placement and the expression of distaste it generated, I believe we need to be careful judging it at face value. There may in fact be a strategic basis to it. Who knows what goes on behind the scenes.
