The buying has been very consistent now for some 3 months which is a good signal for me and my investor friends.

I am eagerly awaiting further info on this Malay property transaction mentioned in the loan funds, the new director Tom Alabakis has a big dollar network of connectivity which has me salivating at the potential size of this deal.

Hoping we have hooked onto a small whale here :)
