Up till this cat came along we hadn't had cats in the house for many years because my wife had developed an allergy. But that seems to have disappeared now and being retired I have had the opportunity to observe just how much they sleep. When our cats lived outside & in a shed I didn't notice as much. This one seems to have 2 big sleeps of about 7 and 6 hours plus sundry other periods of sitting around. Altogether she's probably only active about 4-5 hours a day. Wish I could get that much sleep.
