Good question ,often thought about that myself.
Only an opinion, is that would put them over the 20% threshold once they convert the options in APRIL plus if given the SPP .
Friendly takeover or hostile ?
How many would accept a hostile takeover between 10c and 15c when share price was at 6c before SPP ?
Perhaps management have other off take partners in line / or Huayou want a cheap O/T with equity?
As mentioned ... crunch time for management after 15th April.
