As for Chairman, it depends why they want into the company on how big a positive it is. AVZ to date has paid well for very low performance - little progress, missed timelines etc etc. If a chairman comes for a pay day forget it. I think AVZ needs a balance of someone with experience but someone that still has enough drive that this could be a career maker if they get it right and they have a bit of desire to push things forward. Not sure who that is but the thesis stands.
