The previous holders had their licence revoked by the Minister of Mines in the DRC and according to documents filed in the Supreme Court of WA they lodged an appeal to the Administrative Division of the Supreme court of Justice of the DRC challenging the validity of the revocation order on the Manono licence seeking an annulment of that order. They also claimed in the court documents filed in Australia that while the appeal in the DRC was pending the DRC Minister of mines granted PR13359 to La Congolaise d'Exploitation Minere SARL (Cominiere). That would seem evidence enough that a licence can be stripped with little respect for rights to appeal IMO. Esh
