If an entity outside of China were to make a move on AVZ I feel certain China would react and ensure they secure it at any cost with push having come to shove.
That being the case, why doesn’t a big non Chinese entity or fund buy on market now , secure 19.9% and then offer a TO of say 20-25cps? If they get it great, good cheap acquisition of the worlds best hard rock Li deposit. But more than likely China trumps that offer and then they still make a big profit on their 19.9% ownership. Win win.
What AVZ really needs is a genuine move by a non Chinese player now to force China’s hand.
