    CATL seem very good at selling the stuff, but not so good at buying it so far. They'll either be paying a significant premium for what's left of the reserves that havent been stitched up or the biggest Chinese business failure in history so far. Not sure BMW, NEVS or Honda are going to be impressed with a company that cant deliver.
