Not at all. Oct of last year is not a long time ago when you are talking about an evolving health crisis and referring to the previous Ebola outbreak in 2014 was only to give people perspective about what can happen if an international health emergency is declared. The more facts and perspectives investors are armed with the more prepared they are to make informed decisions. If you think a decision made by WHO in Oct last year or their statistics from a period that spans Jan and Fed of this year are irrelavant to the evolving health crisis then by all means ignore the lastest information from this organisation and instead rely on the acctual out of date and misleading information posted by the previous poster who quoted statistics from the first outbreak that was contained.
