    Iron ore oversupply not the same as exponential growth in lithium from 2020.
    Billions of $$$ available to developing countries to reduce carbon emissions.
    Huayou Cobalt less than 20% even if they convert options.
    Manono is no ordinary deposit ,downstream converters dream for lithium hydroxide production .
